Grill Care USA serves the owners of premium quality gas barbecue grills exclusively. Services are offered to residential customers and property managers. We service grills that run on propane or natural gas, built-in or free standing (service is not available for all types of grills). Sorry, we don't offer service for smokers, flat tops, or pellet grills.

No, absolutely not. We provide service at some of the finest homes in the US. We always protect surrounding surfaces and property and we would never use pressure washing or other methods that will damage property and create a mess. When we're done, the only thing that we leave behind is a sparkling clean grill that's ready for your next meal.
All that we need is a power outlet within 50 feet of the grill and a place to fill a bucket with water. If both are not available, please contact us prior to scheduling.
It depends on the size of the grill, the service that you choose, and whether there is one technician or two onsite. Your technician can provide the time estimate before your appointment.
As long as we can access the grill without going through your home, you don't need to be there while we service the grill. However, you should be available by phone just in case there's an issue that we need to discuss. When service is complete, you'll receive an invoice and online payment link, so you don't need to be present to make payment.
When we've completed our work, you'll receive an invoice by email with a secure payment link. You can use any major credit card to complete your payment or even process a check electronically. All payments are processed electronically. Your technician will not be able to accept a check.
